In November 2004, CME launched an enhanced version of the Portal website http://portal.cme.com. The new site does not require the registration and installation of certificates to access the site. You will be required to enter your CME portal id.  Please contact the customer support group to obtain a new portal password and update information such as email address at 312.930.3444.  Both Portal and Portalrdc have been running parallel in production for 6 months, and the majority of users have been migrated to the new site.

To help us migrate all remaining user of Portalrdc to Portal.cme.com, we are asking those who still utilize Portalrdc to start using the new site.  In order for you to migrate to the new site, we have included brief instructions below on how to access the new site.

We encourage you to switch your access, as soon as possible, and also forward this email to your staff and colleagues. When everyone has switched, the existing Portal (version 3) site will be eliminated.
